Shawn Christensen is a filmmaker, musician, and artist. He is well-known as the frontman of the indie rock band “Stellastarr.”

Christensen was born in Poughkeepsie, New York, the USA, in 1979/1980. His birth date has not been established. His father is a mechanical engineer, while his mother is a librarian. Aside from that, little information is available regarding his family or siblings. Shawn is of American descent, although his ethnicity is uncertain.

His first cinematic experience and inspiration came from watching Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937) with his father. Then he began creating flipbooks.
