Kapil Sibal (born 8 August ) is an Indian lawyer and politician. A designated Senior Advocate, and currently the President of Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA).[2] He has represented several high-profile cases in the Supreme Court of India and is a Member of Parliament, in Rajya Sabha.[3][4][5]
